TJ Powell boasts over 15 years of expertise in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in corporate retail services for a wide array of esteemed local and national retailers and landlords. His outstanding efforts have garnered him multiple accolades, including being named a top broker in the greater Austin market by the Austin Business Journal and CoStar.

Most recently, TJ served with Vertique Property Group (VPG), a real estate development and brokerage firm focusing on early education and retail projects across the Southeast and Southwest regions. Prior to joining VPG, he was Vice President at the Austin office of SRS Real Estate Partners. TJ's career began at Retail Solutions (now Resolut RE) in Austin.

TJ holds a BA from Baylor University (2004) and a JD from South Texas College of Law (2008). Residing in Austin, he is a devoted husband and father, living with his wife, two daughters, and their spoiled dogs.
