Cole Howes

About Cole

Cole is a native of South Dakota and graduated from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln; where he received his B.A. of Journalism in Advertising and Public Relations as well as Business Management. During his time in college, Cole was involved in intramurals and sat on the leadership council of his fraternity. Upon graduation, Cole moved down to Austin where he began his short lived tech sales career and soon after, joined CLD Realty.

Cole specializes in retail tenant representation and agency leasing in Central Texas. He is responsible for assisting national, regional and local retailers in identifying and securing prime locations to reach customers and drive value for their business.

Outside of work, Cole has passionate hobbies including golf, hiking, and surfing as well as spending time with friends and family.
