Dick Demel is a native Texan and has been in the commercial real estate business for over 20 years. His corporate real estate employment includes time with Auto Zone, Big Lots, Advanced Auto Parts and, most recently, fifteen years as a real estate manager for McDonald’s Corporation. He’s been involved with all aspects of commercial real estate including market analysis, site selection, government relations and shopping center development.

He has extensive knowledge of all the major Texas markets. He specializes in tenant representation and retail shopping center development in the Austin-San Antonio corridor. He is a licensed real estate broker, member of Texas Real Estate Commission, member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin. Dick joined the CLD Realty team in January of 2019.
