About Michele

Prior to joining CLD Realty, Michele was Vice President of Retail Leasing at Endeavor Real Estate Group for 8 years and a Senior Vice President at The Weitzman Group from 2007 - 2014. In that time, Michele leased well over a thousand commercial spaces ranging from hard to find gems and mixed-use developments in Central Austin to some of Austin’s largest and most notable shopping centers, such as Domain Northside, Southpark Meadows, Shops at the Galleria, Belterra Village, Hill Country Galleria, and Saltillo. 

In addition to representing some of Austin’s best and most cherished local concepts like Odd Duck, Barley Swine, Suerte and Viva Day Spa…. Michele also offers tenant representation services to select regional and national brands and enjoys working with individuals and businesses to buy and sell commercial real estate. A few of her more notable sales transactions include 312 Barton Springs and Congress Commons located at 315, 319 and 323 Congress. 

The Austin Business Journal annually ranks Michele as a “Heavy Hitter” in her field and she consistently earns the “Power Broker” award from CoStar, which honors the top brokers in Texas. Michele is an advocate for children in foster care and is on the DEI Committee (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) committed to fostering a school community that honors the diversity of the human experience. 

In her “spare” time, Michele can be found celebrating life with her boys, whether out and about exploring Austin, taking family vacations… or enjoying a lazy weekend at home watching movies and playing board games.
